On October 15, 2020, the General Shareholders’ Meeting of INVAP S.E. 45th Fiscal Year (July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020) took place at the company\u2019s headquarters in the city of San Carlos de Bariloche.<\/p>\n
It was attended via videoconference by the Minister of Government and Community of the Province of R\u00edo Negro, Dr. Rodrigo Miguel Buteler; the President of the National Commission of Atomic Energy (CNEA, in Spanish), Mr. Osvaldo Calzetta Larrieu; members of INVAP Board of Directors, such as its President, Hugo Albani; Directors Hugo Brendstrup, Alberto Lamagna, Facundo Deluchi, Soledad Gonnet and Luis E. Billinger Mancioli; permanent Trustees Aurelia P. Schepis, Carlos Gardella and Am\u00e9rico Antoniotti; its General Manager, Vicente Campenni; and Assistant General Managers Carlos Montenegro and Marcelo Basigalup.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, the Report and Annual Financial Statements corresponding to the 45th Fiscal Year, which ended on June 30, 2020, were approved unanimously. Numbers were adjusted by inflation. The company sales amounted to $9,645 million, 60% of which corresponded to export contracts mainly with the Netherlands, Brazil, Turkey, Bolivia and India.<\/p>\n
The performance of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee\u2019s members during the fiscal year was also approved unanimously.<\/p>\n
